ElevenLabs is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of generative AI experiences across voice, audio, and conversational products.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering, AI research, and product teams to design intuitive experiences that combine cutting-edge technology with exceptional usability.
What you'll do
As a Product Designer, you'll contribute across the entire product lifecycle—from early product vision to polished user experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing intuitive experiences for AI-powered voice and audio products.
- Collaborating with Engineering and AI Research teams to bring innovative ideas to market.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Helping define product strategy while maintaining a strong user-centered approach.
- Working closely with engineers to balance technical constraints and design quality.
- Supporting product launches and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Partnering with Product, Growth, Customer Support, and leadership teams to deliver impactful features.
- Continuously improving product experiences through experimentation and iteration.
What they're looking for
You'll likely be a great fit if you have:
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex product design challenges.
- Strong UX, UI, interaction design, and visual design skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to challenge conventional solutions.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and product thinking.
- A proactive mindset with a high level of ownership.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and innovative product experiences.
- Experience in engineering or founding a startup is a plus, but not required.
