Design the future of enterprise AI

Building AI is one challenge. Designing products that help businesses trust, manage, and scale AI is another.

Netomi is looking for an experienced Product Designer to shape the next generation of enterprise AI experiences. You'll work on the platform's core products, helping global companies configure, monitor, and manage AI agents through intuitive workflows that simplify highly technical systems.

If you enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity, this role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and customer experience.

The challenge

Enterprise AI platforms often involve complicated workflows, governance rules, and large volumes of data.

Your mission will be to transform that complexity into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and scalable—whether customers are onboarding for the first time or managing AI systems across their organization.

You'll also play an important role as Netomi expands its self-service product experience, making it easier for customers to discover value without relying on traditional sales processes.

What you'll be working on

Rather than focusing on isolated features, you'll help define the foundations of the platform by:

  • Designing end-to-end product experiences for core platform capabilities.
  • Improving the customer control center used to configure, monitor, and govern AI agents.
  • Creating onboarding experiences and in-product guidance that support product-led growth.
  • Working directly with enterprise customers to understand real-world challenges.
  • Building scalable interaction patterns and design systems.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams.

Who this role is for

You'll likely enjoy this opportunity if you:

  • Have 8–12 years of Product Design experience.
  • Have designed complex B2B SaaS, AI, developer, workflow, or enterprise platforms.
  • Enjoy solving large, ambiguous product challenges from discovery through launch.
  • Think in systems rather than individual screens.
  • Take ownership and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Have a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, product craftsmanship, and measurable business impact.

Why join Netomi?

Netomi develops AI-powered customer experience solutions used by some of the world's largest brands.

This role offers the opportunity to influence foundational product decisions at a time when enterprise AI is evolving rapidly. You'll work directly with customers, shape platform-wide design patterns, and help define how businesses interact with intelligent AI systems in the years ahead.
