Help shape the future of AI-powered marketing
Wpromote is looking for a Product Designer to help build Polaris IQ, its intelligent marketing platform designed to help marketers make better decisions across strategy, media, creative, measurement, and optimization.
You'll join a cross-functional product squad and work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and the Director of Product Design to turn sophisticated AI capabilities and complex datasets into experiences that feel clear, useful, and intuitive.
This is an opportunity for a mid-level Product Designer to work directly on an evolving AI-powered product, while influencing how new capabilities are translated into experiences used by both Wpromote employees and clients.
What you'll be designing
You'll work across the product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and exploring early concepts through to detailed interface design and implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
- Translating complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Simplifying AI capabilities and large datasets without losing important information or context.
- Conducting user research and testing to understand needs and validate design directions.
- Turning research findings into actionable product improvements.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers throughout the design process.
- Partnering with engineers to make sure the final implementation reflects the intended experience.
- Supporting and evolving Wpromote's design system to improve consistency and scalability.
- Participating in design reviews and contributing constructive feedback.
- Following developments across UX, product design, and AI to identify opportunities for the platform.
Designing complex AI experiences
A particularly interesting part of this role is the challenge of making AI and data-heavy functionality understandable to users.
Rather than adding AI as an isolated feature, you'll be working on a platform where intelligent capabilities are part of how marketers make decisions across multiple areas of their work.
That requires strong information hierarchy and interaction design, as well as the ability to decide how complex information should be presented without overwhelming the user.
Wpromote is particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked on AI-driven or data-intensive products.
AI is also part of the design process
AI isn't limited to the product itself.
Wpromote specifically asks for proficiency with Figma's design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design capabilities, making this another Product Design role where familiarity with AI-enabled workflows is becoming part of the expected designer toolkit.
You'll be encouraged to stay current with developments in AI and explore how emerging capabilities can improve both the product and the way design work gets done.
What they're looking for
You should have 3–5 years of Product Design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product work.
You'll need:
- Strong UX and visual design fundamentals.
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping.
- Experience with Figma's AI-assisted design features.
- Strong user research skills.
- The ability to translate research insights into product decisions.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to simplify complex systems and workflows.
- Attention to detail across interaction and visual design.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments.
You'll stand out if...
Previous experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy platforms will be particularly relevant.
A background in marketing technology, advertising technology, analytics, or similarly complex products is another advantage.
Wpromote also values knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code workflows, along with experience contributing to design systems used across large applications.
Compensation & benefits
The anticipated salary range is $111,000–$132,000 per year, with the final offer determined by experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and other factors.
Wpromote also offers a broad benefits package that includes:
- Unlimited PTO.
- Flexible working schedules.
- Extended winter holiday break.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) matching.
- 100% paid parental leave.
- Life and pet insurance.
- Short-term disability coverage.
- Annual ClassPass credits.
The company operates with a remote-first culture, and this position can be performed remotely from most US states, subject to some location exclusions. Wpromote also has office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.
The position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Wpromote is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace for people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
