A fast-growing company in the mental health space is looking for a Product Designer II to join their fully remote team. This senior-level role is ideal for an experienced designer who wants to take the lead on new product ideas and shape solutions that reach millions of users.
You’ll play a key role in defining and building new products from scratch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a high level of quality across every interaction and touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Own product design initiatives from concept through launch
- Influence product strategy through a design-driven approach
- Deliver polished, end-to-end experiences with a strong focus on detail
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Ensure every screen and interaction reflects the brand’s standards and values
- Help shape team practices, design systems, and workflows
- Provide mentorship and feedback to other designers when needed
- Approach motion and micro-interactions as an integral part of the user experience
What They’re Looking For
- Strong product thinking with experience building 0-to-1 features
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
- Ability to bring designs to life through thoughtful animations and transitions
- Experience designing consumer-facing products at scale
- Brand-aware mindset, understanding how design supports and extends brand identity
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Effective communicator and collaborator across disciplines
- Comfortable mentoring junior designers and improving design culture
- Previous in-house product experience (agency experience is a bonus)
- Interest or background in conversational AI is a plus
Requirements
- At least 2 years of product design experience
- A strong portfolio that shows both strategic and executional skills
- Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
- Fluent in modern design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Clear communication and presentation skills
