About the Role
This is a 12-week, full-time contract role for a Product Designer with a strong background in designing data-dense tools and internal applications. You'll work closely with engineers and ML researchers to design complex interfaces that visualize billions of data points for Trust & Safety use cases.
What You’ll Do
- Audit existing screens and user flows to identify areas for improvement
- Design high-fidelity dashboards, drill-downs, and canvas views for detecting patterns in large-scale data
- Extend the design system with icons, data visualization patterns, and motion components
- Deliver implementation-ready Figma files in tight design cycles
- Collaborate daily with technical teams to iterate quickly and ship usable designs
What They’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience designing complex, data-driven web apps or internal tools
- Strong skills across the full design stack: research, IA, interaction, visual, and motion design
- Expert in Figma, icon/SVG workflows; familiarity with streaming data interfaces
- Bonus: experience with React, Tailwind, or tools in security, fraud detection, or observability
- Able to navigate ambiguity and distill technical requirements into polished, functional UI
- Excellent communication and a highly collaborative approach
