Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and execution. You will be responsible for driving measurable impact across the full user journey—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of Product and Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead product initiatives across acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Map UX flows, design interfaces, and prototype using Figma
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics to prioritize and deliver high-impact features
  • Conduct user interviews, run surveys, and synthesize findings to inform design
  • Lead and analyze A/B testing efforts and product experiments
  • Work with marketing, sales, and support to ensure a consistent user experience
  • Contribute to shaping product strategy and process as the company grows

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product design or hybrid PM/design roles, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user and business impact
  • Experience with experimentation, growth loops, and data-informed design
  • Proficiency with Figma and a solid grasp of UX best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Must be able to work during U.S. hours
