Workera is seeking a Product Designer to craft thoughtful, AI-enhanced experiences for their upskilling platform. You'll focus on admin tools, dashboards, and analytics interfaces used by HR and enterprise clients, helping teams manage skill programs, enrollments, and visualize readiness and engagement.
You'll work in small, agile teams using the ShapeUp methodology (6-week sprints), contributing from problem-shaping through prototyping to polished UI—all with a strong emphasis on user needs, data insights, and AI-driven simplicity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design admin flows (user enrollment, program creation, HR integrations)
- Build analytics UIs (skill readiness, program progress, engagement)
- Use data and research to validate and iterate on designs
- Shape early ideas with wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes
- Design high-fidelity interfaces with strong UX + UI sensibility
- Contribute to and evolve Workera’s design system
- Explore generative AI to create intuitive agentic workflows (human-in-the-loop)
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of product design experience (UX + UI)
- SaaS design experience and systems thinking
- Experience designing for complex admin or analytics interfaces
- Ability to simplify complex flows with elegant UX
- Strong communication and openness to feedback
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT (and openness to experiment)
Nice to Have
- Experience in corporate training or skills development
- Exposure to AI agent workflows or human-in-the-loop UX
