About the Role
MailerLite is hiring a Product Designer with a background in SaaS or B2C environments. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (including product managers and engineers) and is eager to grow in a dynamic, supportive setting.
This role involves improving product workflows, contributing to design strategy, and supporting research to guide the roadmap. You’ll work closely with senior designers and have the opportunity to influence key product decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify and address UX challenges
- Support design efforts from concept to implementation across platforms
- Conduct and apply user research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, consistent user experiences
- Participate in creating and maintaining a cohesive design system
- Work across MailerLite’s suite of products to ensure a seamless user experience
- Help foster a collaborative and inclusive design culture
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy for users and the team
- Experience across web, mobile, and/or design systems
- High attention to detail (include the word lite in your application)
- Willingness to explore and apply AI tools in design workflows
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with user research
- Availability to overlap 4 hours daily with Central European Time
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $62,000–$72,000 (gross)
- Fully remote position with flexible work location
