The Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll join the Law Enforcement Customer Experience team to craft thoughtful, user-centered experiences across mobile and web platforms. You'll help design core features like Nova (advanced search), real-time monitoring, and mobile tools that support law enforcement investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user experiences across mobile and desktop
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma
• Contribute to and evolve the Flock Design Library
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to define and test solutions
• Conduct usability testing and customer interviews
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience designing cross-platform products
• Strong portfolio with mobile and responsive web work
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills
• Expert in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: experience in user research and testing
