The Role
We’re looking for a talented and self-motivated Product Designer / UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strong product mindset to design. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver polished, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences with a focus on mockups and prototypes (primarily in Figma).
• Deliver high-quality design assets for stakeholder review and implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers to align design with business goals and priorities.
• Apply a product-focused approach, balancing aesthetics with usability and functionality.
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct design reviews with a strong attention to detail, delivering assets that developers can implement seamlessly.
• Stay up to date with UX best practices to design modern, accessible, and engaging digital products.
• Work independently, taking ideas from concept to polished design with minimal oversight.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English (B2+ written & spoken) and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in Product & UX Design, with strong UI/visual design skills.
• Expertise in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to work with and extend existing brand systems and identities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in lean, agile teams.
• A portfolio showcasing modern, accessible, and user-centered design work.
