  • Strong attention to detail in both UX and UI
  • Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus
  • You must be fluent in both French and English and able to conduct user interviews in French

After 3 months:

  • You’ll be leading research and design work within your scope
  • You’ll deliver prototypes, iterate based on feedback, and ensure consistency with the design system
  • You’ll participate in design reviews and team discussions

After 6 months and beyond:

  • You’ll mentor junior designers and help recruit new team members
  • You’ll contribute to improving team processes and design culture
  • You may grow into a lead or management role as the team expands
