What You’ll Do

  • Design delightful, user-centered solutions that solve real user problems.
  • Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into strong UX.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to test, iterate, and improve designs.
  • Visualize ideas and communicate concepts effectively to both internal teams and customers.
  • Produce journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design assets to drive product development.
  • Become an expert in ad-tech and programmatic media buying, understanding the market landscape and StackAdapt’s offerings.
  • Share your work frequently, openly, and transparently.
  • Provide design feedback and mentorship to other Product Designers on the team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Several years of end-to-end product design experience (visual, interaction, research, and more).
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve user problems, create clarity from complexity, and tell compelling design stories from sketches to results.
  • Strong knowledge of design thinking, usability heuristics, inclusive design, design systems, and visual design fundamentals (typography, color, info design).
  • Clear, effective communication skills tailored to your audience; experience designing complex software.
  • Empathy for stakeholders with the confidence to defend your design choices and embrace constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency with modern product design tools.
  • Familiarity with programming technologies is a plus.
