We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited by the opportunity to shape next-gen experiences in the Web3 space. If you’re passionate about DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and making crypto more accessible for everyday users, this role is for you.
You think beyond typical Web2 design patterns and want to push boundaries. You're comfortable working in Figma, iterating quickly, and collaborating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. In Web3, change is the norm—and you're energized by that challenge.

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to design planning and roadmap discussions
- Design responsive web and mobile experiences for all types of users—from crypto newcomers to seasoned DeFi users
- Lead end-to-end design work: ideation, prototyping, testing, and final delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and business teams
- Gather feedback directly from users and developers to inform product decisions
- Help shape a scalable, consistent design language across products
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience designing user-facing products (web and mobile)
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, and product thinking
- Experience in or strong interest in the Web3/crypto space
- Able to lead full design cycles—from research to wireframes to production-ready prototypes
- Comfortable framing your ideas through visuals and written communication
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to change
- Great collaboration skills with the ability to work across time zones
- Strong written and spoken English
Bonus Points
- Experience with community-driven platforms
- Involvement in open-source or decentralized projects
- Background in user research or usability testing
