3Pillar Global is looking for a Product Experience Designer to help shape a next-generation global loyalty platform. You’ll work across the entire design lifecycle, from research to delivery, creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. This role requires a designer who can work independently and thrives in cross-functional, agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design efforts independently
- Drive the full UX process: competitive analysis, IA, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Present and explain design decisions clearly
- Support development teams with visual QA
- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with attention to detail
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused design solutions
- Proficient in lean UX methods and agile workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to handle feedback and iterate quickly
- Detail-oriented and self-driven
