Product/Graphic Designer (UX/UI+Motion)

A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Product Designer to help craft engaging and effective user experiences across product, marketing, and social channels. You'll join a product-led team focused on helping eCommerce brands in Latin America grow through messaging platforms like WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.

What You’ll Do
As a Product Designer, you’ll take the lead on designing intuitive interfaces, landing pages, and brand assets that feel cohesive and drive results. You’ll balance product design with visual storytelling and lightweight motion to create a seamless user journey.

Main Responsibilities
Product Design (60%)

• Create user flows, components, and scalable UI in Figma for desktop and mobile.
• Support experiments by designing A/B tests and analyzing performance data (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4).

Marketing & Branding (25%)

• Design compelling marketing pages that combine strong copy with visual hierarchy.
• Develop illustrations, icons, and brand elements to enhance recognition and trust.

Motion & Content (15%)

• Add light motion (CSS, Lottie, SVG) to enhance interfaces or marketing assets.
• Help produce short-form video content for tutorials or social media.

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have proven experience designing SaaS products or complex digital workflows.
• Are comfortable working with data and defining design success through metrics.
• Know how to lead users toward conversion with strategic visual and UX decisions.
• Are familiar with lightweight motion tools (After Effects, LottieFiles, CSS animation).
• Communicate clearly in English and enjoy async collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce or CRO.
• Experience conducting remote usability testing.
• Contributions to a design system.
• Skills in short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere).
