Henry Schein One is the global leader in dental management, analytics, communication, and marketing software. We’re seeking a Product/UX Designer who thrives on solving customer problems and creating intuitive, user-centered experiences within complex systems.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design process for assigned features, from discovery to high-fidelity UI and specs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights.
- Translate requirements and constraints into clear, user-focused solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in design critiques, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Contribute to design systems, components, and interaction patterns.
- Support and mentor junior designers when needed.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience designing B2B software products.
- Expertise across the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, iteration.
- Strong UX and UI design skills with end-to-end journey design experience.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe CC.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with web/mobile design standards and HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to balance usability with business impact.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Human Factors.
- Experience in the medical or dental industry.
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $85,000 – $125,000 (depending on experience, location, skills, and equity factors).
