We’re hiring a Production Graphic Designer to support our fast-growing custom apparel and patch business. This is a hands-on production role — perfect for someone detail-oriented and fast with vector work. You’ll receive client logos in a wide range of formats and will be responsible for converting, cleaning, adapting, and prepping them for real-world production: engraving, sublimation, DTF printing, embroidery, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Vectorize and refine client-submitted logos (often from low-resolution sources)
- Adapt designs for various production methods including leather engraving, sublimation, DTF prints, and embroidery
- Export and name files accurately using internal naming conventions
- Create clear visual mockups for client review or internal proofing
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure final files are accurate and delivered on time
- Keep an organized and up-to-date file system in Google Drive
Requirements
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (vector work is essential) and Photoshop
- Experience creating production-ready artwork for apparel and custom patches
- Ability to interpret and improve low-quality or inconsistent artwork
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills in English or Spanish
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
