About the Graduate Programme
The Rev-celerator is Revolut’s official graduate programme, designed to train and hire the next generation of talented product designers.
You’ll start with a bootcamp to build up your product thinking, design process, and problem-solving skills. Then, you’ll move into hands-on work, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to tackle meaningful challenges and create real impact.
Graduates who perform well may receive a full-time job offer at the end of the programme.
What You’ll Do
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, data, and engineering teams
- Research and define user and business problems
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Test solutions with users and iterate based on insights
- Contribute to product launches and review post-launch performance
- Deliver simple, elegant solutions to complex challenges
Who Can Apply
- Graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with a degree in design or a related field
- Predicted or achieved 2:1 or higher (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for design and problem-solving
- Fluent in English
- Available full-time from September 2026
Relocation and Support
The programme is open to candidates worldwide. If accepted, you’ll relocate to one of Revolut’s tech hubs in Spain, Portugal, Romania, Poland, the UAE, or the UK. Support includes visa assistance, travel expenses, and accommodation during your first month.
