The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll shape the visual direction of our client projects, strengthen the Morningside brand, and help elevate the personal brand of our founders. Your design work will directly influence how millions engage with our content, products, and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Create exceptional designs for digital products, software, and applications
- Design intuitive, visually engaging UI/UX for web and mobile platforms
- Develop brand identities, visual assets, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with clients to bring their ideas to life through design
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across all materials and channels
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional design experience (digital, brand, or product design)
- Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven ability to create compelling visuals, brand systems, and interfaces
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, precision, and range
