We’re looking for a Senior Designer who blends UX/UI expertise with brand storytelling and art direction. If you’re passionate about creating thoughtful, high-impact design work that elevates existing brands—without losing sight of business goals—this could be your next role.
What You’ll Do
- Design websites, landing pages, brand assets, and marketing visuals aligned with brand strategy
- Lead UX/UI strategy—defining user flows, CTAs, and aligning structure with business outcomes
- Audit existing content and assets before recommending new design solutions
- Create sitemaps and identify necessary page templates that fit both functionality and budget
- Conduct UX/content audits to improve information architecture and user experience
- Translate findings into wireframes and polished, user-focused layouts
- Present and explain your design decisions clearly and confidently to build client trust
- Guide clients toward elevated creative decisions while honoring their brand comfort zones
- Document design processes to ensure smooth collaboration with the internal team
What You Bring
- Strong experience designing conversion-focused websites and landing pages
- A refined design aesthetic: clean layout, strong hierarchy, polished typography
- Ability to evolve brands visually without full rebrands—small improvements with big impact
- Skilled in UX/UI principles, wireframing, and design audits
- Excellent communication and strategy presentation skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong written and verbal English skills
Bonus Points For
- Experience working in building materials or B2B industries
- Familiarity with CraftCMS
- Ability to custom code landing pages in HubSpot or make light edits in Squarespace
- HTML email design and coding (responsive, cross-client compatible)
- Experience conducting UX or IA audits
