Senior Graphic & UI Designer

BeInCrypto is looking for a Senior Graphic & UI Designer who can move comfortably between bold visual storytelling and polished digital product experiences.

The role combines approximately 60% graphic and visual design with 40% web and UI design, giving you the opportunity to influence everything from editorial campaigns and brand identity to landing pages and interface components.

AI is also becoming part of the creative workflow, with BeInCrypto actively looking for designers comfortable experimenting with generative and AI-powered design tools.

What You'll Be Designing

You'll help evolve the visual direction of BeInCrypto across its editorial, product, marketing and commercial experiences.

Your work will include:

• Creating visual concepts for editorial stories, campaigns and product launches.
• Designing covers, reports, presentations, infographics, banners and other brand assets.
• Turning complex financial and technology topics into clear visual stories.
• Designing landing pages, website sections and UI components.
• Collaborating with the Lead UX Designer on digital experiences.
• Developing creative concepts from initial idea through final execution.
• Maintaining a consistent visual language across different channels.
• Exploring AI-powered creative tools to speed up workflows and experiment with new visual directions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve design quality and creative processes.

What They're Looking For

BeInCrypto is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, particularly within web-first or media environments.

You'll need:

• A strong combination of graphic design and web/UI design experience.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages and interface components.
• Excellent typography, composition, color and visual hierarchy skills.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
• The ability to take complex ideas and translate them into engaging visual communication.
• Confidence presenting creative decisions to multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English.

Your portfolio should demonstrate both sides of the role: high-quality visual/graphic work and real web/UI projects.

AI Design Skills

BeInCrypto specifically values experience with AI-powered creative tools.

Knowledge of tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar generative platforms is particularly relevant, as the company wants designers who can use AI to accelerate production and explore new creative possibilities.

Nice to Have

Additional experience that could strengthen your application includes:

• Work for established technology or consumer brands.
• Experience within crypto, fintech, financial services or media.
• Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
