Gravira Group
Full-time
Apply
This job is curated by UX Remote Talent from external sources. We are not affiliated with the employer.

Gravira is an international product company with Ukrainian roots, founded in 2025 by industry veterans. We’re entering the Tier-1 iGaming market with a fresh, ambitious perspective—starting in Canada and expanding rapidly across Europe and Australia. Built on a high-performance platform and supported by a solid marketing foundation, our goal is to become the most partner-friendly brand in the market.

Why Join Gravira

  • High-impact design: Your work—banners, emails, and UI touchpoints—will be seen by real players in Tier-1 markets within hours.
  • Creative ownership: You’ll help define our visual identity and maintain design quality across all channels.
  • Fast decisions, no red tape: Direct communication with Product, Marketing, Platform, and C-level teams.
  • Fully remote: Work from anywhere, with core hours between 09:00–17:00 EEST.

What You’ll Do

Promotional & CRM Design (70–80%)

  • Create campaign banners, email headers, hero images, static ads, and in-product promo visuals.
  • Design brand assets including icon sets, badges, gamification elements, simple illustrations, and visual guidelines.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring clean components, spacing, typography, and consistent use of tokens.
  • Prepare localization packs (mainly EN, occasionally CA/DE) with well-organized exports (SVG, PNG/WebP, 1x/2x).

Product UI Design (20–30%)

  • Design new features, screens, and mini-interfaces (e.g., bonus widgets, leaderboards, VIP blocks, payment visuals).
  • Improve existing product flows for better clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff, accurate implementation, and post-deploy quality checks.
  • Use AI tools to generate design references or objects, then refine, vectorize, and integrate them into polished brand assets.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in web or mobile design (B2C or product brands; iGaming not required).
  • Advanced skills in Figma — components, variants, auto-layout, libraries, and pixel-perfect exports.
  • Strong command of Illustrator and Photoshop for iconography, illustration, and asset preparation.
  • Solid design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, color, typography, grids, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent production discipline: tidy files, naming conventions, and ready-to-ship assets.
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (generation, inpainting, upscaling) and the ability to refine results.
  • Experience with task management tools (Notion, Jira, Asana, etc.) — Gravira uses Notion primarily.
  • Ukrainian language native.

Nice to have:

  • Reading-level English (briefs and specs are clear and structured).
  • Prior experience in structured task management systems.

Personal Qualities

  • Accountable: You take full responsibility for your deliverables.
  • Professional: You communicate clearly and objectively.
  • Organized: You maintain structured files and efficient workflows.
  • Curious: You look for better solutions, not just better visuals.

Portfolio & Design Test

A portfolio is required — include real project examples, preferably with email/promo work and at least one UI screen showing components and states.

A design test is mandatory before the interview. The short, time-boxed task includes:

  • One brand-aligned UI screen.
  • One promotional asset (static banner or email header).

We evaluate clarity, consistency, and production readiness.

What You’ll Get

  • Remote full-time contract.
  • 18 vacation days + 6 sick days.
  • Clear priorities and workflow management in Notion/Jira.
  • Ownership of design quality for releases and campaigns.
  • Real impact — your work will reach players and partners quickly.

Hiring Process

  1. 15-minute recruiter call (culture and technical setup).
  2. Design test (short and structured).
  3. 45–60 minute interview with Hiring Managers reviewing your test.
  4. 30-minute final call with the CEO.
  5. Offer within 48 hours.
