The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who can think strategically, solve complex problems, and deliver elegant, user-centered solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in collaboration but can also work independently — identifying opportunities, shaping user experiences, and shipping impactful designs.
You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business and user goals into actionable UX strategies and design solutions
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, elegant user experiences
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency
- Collaborate across teams to shape product direction and requirements
- Conduct or collaborate on user research to validate design decisions
- Present and defend design rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Take initiative to identify UX challenges and propose thoughtful solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic and high-quality design work
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools)
- Experience designing SaaS products and working with design systems
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously, make data-informed decisions, and adapt to change
- A collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement
