Position: Senior Product Designer (Enterprise Collaboration Features)
Location: Remote-first (United States; British Columbia & Ontario, Canada)
Employment type: Full-time, Exempt

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team focused on building enterprise-grade collaboration tools. You’ll craft seamless workflows including publishing, versioning, branching, commenting, and user invitations. This role involves leading discovery, research, and ideation, while closely partnering with engineering and product management to bring innovative product experiences to life in Webflow.

Compensation
Webflow offers competitive base salaries adjusted by geographic location, experience, and skills. Pay zones for US candidates:

  • Zone A: $150,100 – $207,100
  • Zone B: $141,550 – $194,750
  • Zone C: $132,050 – $182,400

For candidates in British Columbia & Ontario, Canada:

  • $171,100 – $235,600 CAD

Reporting to: Collaborate & Scale Product Design Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to navigate complex problems and discover solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve technical and UX challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality designs and clear specifications for engineering teams.
  • Explore and integrate your interests and growth opportunities within your role, supported by Webflow.

About you:
