Ollie is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join its digital product team for a 60–90 day contract, supporting an accelerated roadmap across web, mobile, and subscription experiences.

You'll work on customer-facing journeys including checkout, onboarding, account management, landing pages, and subscription flows, collaborating directly with product, engineering, and growth teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own UX and UI across web and mobile initiatives.
  • Design and improve checkout, onboarding, account, and subscription experiences.
  • Turn product and growth opportunities into polished, development-ready designs.
  • Rapidly create and iterate user flows, prototypes, and A/B test variants.
  • Use research, analytics, and existing design-system patterns to guide decisions.
  • Prepare production-ready Figma files, responsive states, and interaction documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers through implementation and design QA.

What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Product Design experience with senior-level ownership.
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Advanced Figma skills and experience with design systems.
  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, subscriptions, growth, or conversion-focused products.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively through ambiguity.
  • Experience incorporating AI into the design process.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Figma Make, or similar AI-assisted platforms.
  • Availability for approximately 20 hours/week during Eastern Time working hours.

The contract is expected to begin around October 1, 2026, with the possibility of moving into a full-time Senior Product Designer position afterward, although conversion isn't guaranteed.
