Beyond delivering high-quality interfaces, you'll contribute to product strategy, strengthen the company's design system and mentor less experienced designers.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced product designer who combines strong UX research capabilities, visual design expertise and a strategic understanding of digital financial products.
What You'll Do
Lead Product Design From Discovery to Delivery
You'll oversee the complete design process, helping teams move from identifying user problems to launching effective digital experiences.
Key responsibilities include:

- Leading discovery, research, ideation, wireframing and interactive prototyping.
- Creating polished user interfaces for financial products across mobile and web.
- Designing clear navigation structures, user flows and information architectures.
- Working alongside engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Making complex financial interactions easier to understand and complete.
Use Research and Data to Improve Experiences
Research and experimentation will play an important role in your design decisions.
You'll conduct user interviews, usability studies and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
You'll also use quantitative insights, product analytics and A/B testing to validate solutions, measure performance and refine experiences over time.
The goal is to create products that are not only visually effective but also deliver measurable improvements in usability, engagement and business outcomes.
Develop Scalable Design Systems
You'll help maintain and expand Moniepoint's design system to support consistency across its financial products.
Your contributions will include:
- Building reusable interface components and scalable design patterns.
- Applying atomic design principles.
- Working with Figma components, variants, auto layout and design tokens.
- Improving consistency across responsive web and mobile experiences.
- Creating thoughtful micro-interactions and motion elements.
- Promoting accessible and inclusive design practices.
Support Design Leadership and Collaboration
As a senior member of the design team, you'll help raise the quality of design work across the organization.
You'll mentor junior designers, communicate design decisions to stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative environment where research, experimentation and continuous improvement inform product development.
You'll also keep track of developments in fintech, digital product design and emerging interaction patterns.
