MyPattern is looking for a Senior Product Designer to build intuitive, AI-powered experiences that empower women to better understand and manage their health.
Backed by Red Cell Partners, MyPattern is developing a women's health intelligence platform that brings together symptoms, lab results, wearable data, and medical history into a unified experience. The goal is to help users identify patterns, make informed decisions, and navigate major life stages with confidence.
This is an opportunity to design products that tackle real healthcare challenges while working at the intersection of AI, health technology, and user-centered design.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own experiences from early discovery through launch, collaborating across product, engineering, machine learning, and leadership teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the long-term UX vision for AI-powered healthcare products.
- Designing user journeys, information architecture, task flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Creating high-fidelity user interfaces and scalable design patterns.
- Building and maintaining UI specifications, design guidelines, and pattern libraries.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Using customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to improve product experiences.
- Working closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Defining success metrics and continuously iterating based on user behavior and business outcomes.
What they're looking for
You'll likely be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and complex problem solving.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Experience creating information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Strong user research and usability testing experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for designing meaningful customer experiences.

Salary
$160,000 – $175,000 USD per year
