Figma is looking for an experienced Product Design Director to lead pillar-wide initiatives, tackling both strategic challenges and hands-on design leadership. This role involves driving the evolution of our product suite, empowering teams to deliver high-quality, ambitious work, and solving critical problems across Figma’s portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape the direction of both our product and business strategy.

This full-time role can be based in one of our U.S. hubs or remotely within the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing design team, tackling cross-product challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to align on strategy, enhance processes, and ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and advocate for a clear vision for how Figma’s products interact and how they can be unified across the product portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by enhancing design practices through critiques, design sprints, and continuous learning.
  • Advance and evolve Figma’s design systems to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across all products.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of design management experience.
  • Proven experience leading design efforts for a suite of products or managing features across multiple product lines.
  • A strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges.
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma and other design tools, with a strong ability to mentor and guide design teams.
  • A focus on growth and development, both for yourself and your team.

It’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience integrating multiple products into a cohesive user experience.
  • Experience working on technical products or complex systems (e.g., productivity tools, gaming, word processing).
  • Depth in the latest AI developments and modern design tooling.
  • Experience with early-stage or zero-to-one projects.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a sense of humor.

Sessions Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the design of our rapidly growing SaaS platform for mental health providers. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to craft intuitive, efficient, and accessible user interfaces that help therapists streamline their workflows and better support their clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to influence the direction of our platform’s user experience.
  • Lead the full design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Design clear, intuitive user interfaces for key platform features, including electronic health records (EHR), scheduling, billing, telehealth, and more.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, consistent design system across our platform.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and optimal user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on user feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Expertise in crafting user-centered designs, ensuring workflows are both clean and efficient.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems.
  • A solid understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and designing for usability in complex, data-heavy interfaces.
  • A proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers.
  • Bonus: Previous experience with healthcare platforms, EHR systems, or behavioral health technology.
