The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping product experiences across our platform, working on meaningful design problems that impact thousands of professionals. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to create scalable solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end product experiences with measurable business and user impact
- Lead initiatives across teams, driving strategy and design execution
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality features
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and feedback sessions
- Build and refine scalable systems using our design system
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and A/B tests
- Create and iterate on prototypes for testing and validation
- Contribute to a strong team culture through mentorship and collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio showing full design processes and strategic thinking
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and similar tools
- Confident working with HTML/CSS and familiar with front-end frameworks (React or Angular)
- Deep understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices
- Strong research skills: usability testing, personas, A/B testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus
