This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to lead end-to-end design work, collaborate cross-functionally, and help grow the design culture from the ground up.
What you’ll do
- Lead design for core product experiences
- Communicate through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with engineers & PMs to ship high-quality UX
- Run design feedback sessions and iterate based on user insights
- Help scale the design team and shape the culture
What they’re looking for
- Experience designing complex software
- Proven track record of high-impact UX work
- Strong visual design + UX fundamentals
- Solid understanding of front-end dev (HTML/CSS/React or Angular)
- Fluent in Figma or similar tools
- Great communicator and self-starter
