Kiln is looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You'll lead UX/UI design for our enterprise dashboards and retail apps, while also crafting visual content for marketing campaigns. This versatile role combines product and marketing design, giving you a unique chance to shape Kiln’s design culture as our first in-house designer.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for new products and features, collaborating closely with product managers.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system for Kiln’s products.
- Ensure design consistency across files and production apps.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding experiences, campaigns, and visual assets.
- Create UI mockups and interactive demos to bring ideas to life.
- Support marketing with product launches, technical reports, infographics, and event visuals.
- Champion design excellence, raise standards, and inspire user-focused design across Kiln.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer, shipping digital products for web and mobile.
- Background in B2B SaaS, preferably in FinTech or Crypto.
- Familiarity with crypto concepts like staking, DeFi, portfolios, and wallets.
- Strong experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Skilled in prototyping and user research, including usability testing.
- Competent in graphic design and creating visual content.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Motion design and animation skills.
- Passion for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and smart contracts.
