Vanta is on a mission to secure the internet and protect consumer data. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, high-impact experiences that help companies stay compliant with frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
You’ll join a growing design team within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) product pillar, working on AI-first features and complex workflows. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, lead design initiatives, and contribute to Vanta’s design culture.
What you’ll do
- Design inclusive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and compliance experts
- Lead the creation of design patterns and scalable systems
- Guide and mentor junior designers
- Use research and data to iterate and improve designs
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with design documentation and component libraries
