The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the design of Zapier’s pricing, packaging, and plan management experiences. As part of the Revenue Zone team, you’ll help millions of users clearly understand their plan options, trials, usage, and billing—making complex decisions simple and transparent.
This is a high-impact role where your design work shapes how users evaluate plans, upgrade or downgrade, and manage spend with confidence.
You’ll report to Melinda Campbell, Director of Product Design for Growth & Revenue, collaborating closely with product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design for pricing tables, trial flows, usage thresholds, upgrades/downgrades, and billing experiences.
- Translate business strategy into clear, user-centered design patterns to reduce customer decision fatigue.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to rapidly prototype, test, and ship impactful features.
- Use research and data to discover monetization opportunities and improve revenue-generating flows.
- Break business goals into testable design hypotheses, iterating based on user feedback and metrics.
- Apply AI tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to speed up design exploration and storytelling.
- Raise the bar for design quality and systems thinking across the Revenue Zone.
About You
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience designing pricing, billing, subscription, or growth-focused user experiences.
- Skilled at balancing UX, business logic, and technical feasibility in revenue-impacting systems.
- Able to simplify complexity and deliver clarity for self-serve and enterprise customers.
- Comfortable leading projects end-to-end, shaping ambiguous problems into polished UI.
- Collaborative mindset with strong partnerships across product, engineering, finance, and GTM.
- Fluent with AI design tools and eager to experiment with new workflows.
