What you’ll do
- Deeply analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points
- Rapidly design elegant, impactful solutions
- Strategically think across products to connect the dots
- Present your designs and clearly explain your decisions
- Define acceptance criteria and logic for your work
- Own the entire design cycle from ideation to release and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
- Work across multiple platforms: employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard
- Build and maintain design system components
- Be part of redefining the way people work worldwide
What we’re looking for
- Passion for design and fast learning
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and apps, preferably B2B
- Strong skills in both UX and UI, with design system experience
- Good judgment on when to dive deep and when to execute quickly
- Comfortable embedded in development teams with light PM oversight
- Experience involved throughout the full development process, including QA
- Located in EMEA or LATAM time zones
