What You’ll Do
- Redesign and standardize the UI/UX across Fuel’s products
- Conduct UX research and analyze user journeys
- Collaborate closely with developers and PMs to deliver features
- Build and maintain a robust design system in Figma
- Monitor user feedback and analytics to improve UX
- Design new features and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Run usability testing and iterate quickly based on findings
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years of UI/UX experience (ideally in Web3, fintech, or banking)
- Excellent English and strong UI copywriting skills
- Expert-level Figma skills (especially managing design systems)
- Strong understanding of UX research and user journey mapping
- Ability to work independently and drive decisions
- Good collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts, wallets, and security flows
- Portfolio required with application
Nice to Have
- Front-end development experience
- Experience designing for DEXs, CEXs, or perpetuals
- Experience with user testing and data-driven design
