Senior Product Designer

BlackCloak is hiring a Senior Product Designer to craft user-centric experiences across mobile apps, client dashboards, and internal platforms—all focused on digital protection for high-profile individuals.

You’ll simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into intuitive interfaces, collaborate across product, engineering, and security teams, and help evolve a unified design system. This is a high-impact opportunity at the intersection of design and digital defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into clear, trusted user experiences
• Lead the development of a scalable design system and component library
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate quickly
• Document design decisions and contribute to internal design processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (SaaS, enterprise, or cybersecurity preferred)
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or tools like Sketch, Adobe XD
• Strong UX fundamentals, including accessibility and responsive design
• Experience in usability testing and user research
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
• U.S. work authorization required

Bonus Skills

• Experience with privacy-focused or security-first design
• Familiarity with cybersecurity or high-trust applications
