About the Role
Finix is looking for a skilled Product Designer to join their team and contribute to the look and feel of their B2B payment platform. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design scalable, user-friendly solutions that address complex payment workflows for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile experiences within the B2B payment platform
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language aligned with Finix’s brand and goals
- Create custom visual elements that improve the overall user experience
- Implement micro-interactions and animations to enhance usability and engagement
- Build and refine a design system to ensure design consistency across the product
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Champion user-centered design while balancing business needs and technical constraints
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback and user testing results
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UI design experience focused on B2B and enterprise software
- Strong skills in visual design, including creating custom illustrations and maintaining a unified design language aligned with product strategy
- Expertise in UI patterns, graphic design principles, responsive design, and system design to create adaptable interfaces across devices
- Experience designing micro-interactions and animations that enhance interface usability
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining scalable design systems for multiple products
- Ability to deliver high-quality wireframes and mockups efficiently in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, After Effects, or similar
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Understanding of front-end development and design handoff processes
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B design projects and solutions
Compensation
$65 - $95 per hour
