The Role

Key responsibilities include:

What They're Looking For
Must-haves:
- Experience designing in complex product environments (ideally tools, creation platforms, or design systems)
- A strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS; bonus for JavaScript)
- Excellent systems thinking and user-centered design approach
- A track record of shipping high-quality features
- Clear communication skills, including writing and documentation
- A bias toward action and a collaborative mindset
