Senior Product Designer

We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape user experiences that are not only intuitive and impactful, but that also drive real business value.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design across multiple product initiatives
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
• Turn insights into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Own and evolve the product’s design systems and patterns
• Ensure accessibility and consistency across platforms
• Present your work and decisions clearly to the broader team
• Measure the success of your design work through user feedback and product KPIs

What They’re Looking For

• 6+ years of UX/UI experience on digital products (Fintech or B2B a plus)
• Strong portfolio that shows strategic design thinking and execution
• Proven ability to plan and run user testing and usability research
• Confident in data-informed design decisions and iterative testing
• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions in simple terms
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced product environments
• Passion for crafting elegant, useful, and scalable solutions
• Open to feedback and collaborative by nature
