As a Senior Product Designer on the Growth team, you’ll lead design efforts across key product experiences—helping users discover and unlock new value through AI-powered, user-centric solutions. This role centers on improving user onboarding and engagement, with a strong focus on experimentation and iteration.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams, while shaping intuitive experiences like the logged-in home and AI discovery features.
What you'll work on
- Lead the design of Zapier’s logged-in home experience, used by millions of users
- Design intelligent, conversational user flows that help customers explore AI-powered tools
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to test ideas and bring high-impact features to life
- Build cohesive user journeys and design systems that scale
- Help evolve Zapier’s design culture through shared rituals and systems
You bring
- 6+ years of product design experience in SaaS or enterprise software
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI polish, UX strategy, and measurable outcomes
- Comfort with AI tools and designing AI-driven experiences
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives independently
- A growth mindset—eager to explore, test, and improve
- Familiarity with data-informed design practices
- Experience in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments
