RemoFirst is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive product experiences that make global hiring, payroll, compliance, and HR management simpler for businesses around the world.

You'll work on one of the company's most strategic areas, improving onboarding experiences and designing AI-powered product features that help customers navigate complex workflows with ease. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders, you'll transform research and user insights into polished, production-ready experiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the design process from discovery to delivery while helping shape the product's long-term direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching user needs and business goals to uncover product opportunities.
  • Designing onboarding experiences that help customers get value quickly.
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
  • Designing intuitive interactions for AI-powered features.
  • Running usability tests and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
  • Defining information architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns.
  • Ensuring a consistent experience across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver feasible, scalable solutions.
  • Maintaining high standards for accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.

What they're looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in SaaS or technology startups.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking.
  • Strong Figma skills and experience creating production-ready interfaces.
  • Deep understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and experience collaborating with distributed teams.
  • A passion for design thinking, continuous learning, and building products that solve real customer problems.
