About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help lead UX and design for our software products. You’ll be a key partner in shaping the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iteration.
As a product designer at LeanTaaS, you’ll:
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders throughout development.
- Define product vision, run research, prototype concepts, and guide implementation.
- Apply a customer-first mindset, balancing business goals with user outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Figma Make to work smarter and explore innovative solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Interaction Design: Create user flows, sketches, diagrams, and concepts. Apply accessibility principles.
- Research: Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis. Turn insights into actionable design solutions.
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain our shared Figma library. Collaborate with engineers on components.
- Design Strategy: Collaborate on scoping work, quarterly planning, workshops, and early-stage concepting.
- Leadership: Lead design efforts for initiatives, mentor junior designers, and share knowledge.
- Collaboration: Keep cross-functional teams aligned, present design decisions, and iterate with feedback.
