Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our player experience team. You will help shape the interactions players have outside and inside our games, ensuring their journey is intuitive, enjoyable, and engaging. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Chief Product Officer, working closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to conceptualize, iterate, and execute UX designs.
- Lead design efforts from concept through high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and desktop.
- Maintain and update design systems, components, and patterns using Figma.
- Test flows and scenarios, refining designs for edge cases and technical constraints.
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and development teams.
- Support user testing and provide actionable feedback to improve player experiences.
- Stay updated on design trends in gaming and entertainment to ensure cutting-edge experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in UX or UI design, preferably in iGaming or entertainment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity prototypes and user-centered designs.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience with prototyping tools; advanced knowledge of Origami Studio is a plus.
- Understanding of usability principles, web standards, and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of front-end development, HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels in a fast-paced environment.
