- Partner closely with Reclaim’s co-founders, product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to identify problems, explore solutions, and deliver polished experiences.
- Champion simplicity in a complex product space, ensuring clarity and usability for time management workflows.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to guide product strategy and design decisions.
- Establish and uphold a high bar for design craft, usability, and consistency.
- Contribute to the long-term design vision and product voice for Reclaim within Dropbox.
- Prototype quickly, iterate often, and bring a strong design perspective while staying open to feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, productivity, or workflow tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design with elegant solutions to complex flows.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a systems-thinking mindset.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high autonomy.
- Deep empathy for users balancing busy calendars, meetings, and team coordination.
- Ability to collaborate directly with cross-functional stakeholders, including PMs, engineers, and founders.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI-powered or automation-driven features.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS UX patterns (scheduling, permissions, onboarding).
- Background in user research on time management, productivity, or collaboration.
- Prior experience as an early or founding designer on a team.
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Why Join?
This is a rare opportunity to design for a high-impact AI product inside Dropbox, combining the agility of a startup with the stability of a global tech company. Your work will directly influence how millions of people and organizations organize their most valuable resource: time.
