We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong experience in product design and research, particularly in leading discovery and usability testing. This role starts as a 6-month contract and is intended to convert into a full-time position if there’s a strong mutual fit.
What you’ll do
- Lead design work on complex projects, ensuring quality across initiatives.
- Define strategy, roadmaps, and goals with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct user research, workshops, and usability testing to drive insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality product/UI designs.
- Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and delivery managers.
- Mentor and coach other designers to elevate design standards.
What we’re looking for
- Deep experience in product design and research.
- Proven ability to lead discovery, usability testing, and strategy.
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Contract-to-hire path
- Starts as a 6-month contract.
- Evaluation for conversion based on performance, alignment, and needs.
- Full-time conversion includes salary range of $120k–$140k plus benefits such as ESOP, healthcare, parental leave, learning budget, paid vacation, and more.
