Senior Product Designer

What you’ll do

• Lead UX vision and execution for our loyalty and marketing platform.
• Design end-to-end user experiences: flows, wireframes, interactions, and polished UI.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver accessible, high-performance features.
• Prototype and test using Figma, Framer, or AI-based design and usability tools.
• Champion user needs in fast-moving, ambiguous product cycles.

What we’re looking for

• 5–8+ years in UX/UI design with strong B2B SaaS or complex workflow experience.
• Portfolio showcasing systems, platforms, or AI-driven interactions.
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
• Knowledge of design systems, UX writing, and accessibility standards.

Preferred experience

• Background in loyalty, martech, CRM, or customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with LLMs and agent design patterns.
