We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for access and identity across Netflix Games. This role is about creating a seamless, secure, and expressive experience for players—whether they’re members or not. You’ll help shape how players join, return to, and represent themselves in the world of Netflix Games, while influencing the wider Netflix identity and access ecosystem.

- Define how we serve players before they become members.
- Shape how the value of Netflix Games is communicated in access flows.
- Build frameworks that connect play, profile, and player presence.
It’s a highly strategic challenge with direct impact on business growth and player experience.
What you’ll do
- Create a vision for player access and identity across Netflix Games.
- Design experiences for non-member access, guest accounts, login, and identity creation—balancing platform policy with user delight.
- Define how account and identity models evolve to support multiplayer, social, and cross-device play.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and platform partners to explore new models for access and membership.
- Shape monetization strategies (e.g., upsell and free-to-play flows) through thoughtful product design.
- Partner with the Growth design team to align with Netflix’s broader roadmap while advocating for unique player needs.
- Lead the evolution of player profiles, handles, hubs, and identity features.
- Provide design leadership in an ambiguous, fast-growing space.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of complex, platform-level initiatives.
- Strong portfolio showing cross-platform product thinking and elegant UX solutions.
- Experience with account systems, identity, access, growth, or platform design.
- A systems thinker who connects user needs, platform policy, and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance vision with execution—exploring what’s possible while shipping what matters.
Even better if you have:
- Experience with gaming ecosystems, live services, or entertainment platforms.
- Familiarity with platform compliance (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
- A passion for player identity, representation, and expression.

Compensation & inclusion
At Netflix, compensation is based on your role, skills, and experience. The market range for this role is typically $120,000 – $515,000 total compensation (not just base salary). Learn more about our culture and philosophy.
