The Role
Kitman Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their design team and play a central role in shaping the future of their product suite. This is a remote contractor role open to applicants based in the EU.

You will work as part of a small but highly experienced design team, collaborating closely with product squads and stakeholders across the company. The role requires both strong practical design skills and the conceptual thinking needed to tackle complex, human-centered design challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to discovery work for new product initiatives, collaborating with teams and external sports organizations.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, from early research and flows to polished UI.
  • Conduct usability testing with prototypes and integrate feedback into solutions.
  • Run heuristic evaluations and assist with design QA.
  • Help evolve and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Prioritize across multiple projects and deliver high-impact design outcomes.
  • Share work regularly with peers and cross-functional partners for feedback and alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software product design.
  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and visual design skills.
  • Background collaborating with development teams to deliver web products.
  • End-to-end design experience, from research and ideation through to delivery.
  • Familiarity with design systems and scaling them effectively.
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
