The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be part of Arbor’s central design team, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. This is a chance to play a key role in redesigning one of Arbor’s core applications — creating more intuitive experiences for schools and parents, and ensuring complex workflows feel simple and engaging.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product teams to define problems, explore solutions, and validate designs through iteration.
- Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Explore the use of AI-assisted tools to rapidly ideate and test design directions.
- Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative) to ground design decisions in evidence.
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and clarity across all interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve Arbor’s design system.
- Clearly communicate design rationale and decisions to cross-functional partners.

- Strong background in user-centered design, from discovery to execution.
- Experience in agile environments, working alongside engineers and product teams.
- Ability to simplify complexity into usable, elegant solutions.
- Confident decision-making and adaptability in dynamic environments.
