ARRISE is driven by collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to growth. The company invests heavily in people, partnerships, and technology to keep shaping the future of gaming.

About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll help define and elevate the player experience across all touchpoints — both inside and outside of the game environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design smooth, engaging, and intuitive interactions that connect players with products used by millions every day.

This is a hands-on design role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, and can be based on-site in Gibraltar or Malta — or performed remotely.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and refine user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that bring new product ideas to life before development begins.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment.
  • Build and maintain high-quality Figma components, keeping design systems up to date across multiple devices and resolutions.
  • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams and leadership.
  • Translate feedback into actionable design updates while maintaining consistency and user focus.
  • Deliver well-organized, production-ready files and supervise implementation to ensure design integrity.
  • Create interactive prototypes for both mobile and desktop, testing animations and transitions for real-world usability.
  • Contribute to documentation and system libraries to help other designers and teams reuse and maintain design standards.
  • Stay aligned with other design teams across the company to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Explore new design tools and trends, especially within gaming and entertainment, to keep ARRISE at the forefront of UX innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Proven background as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, ideally within gaming or entertainment.
  • Proficiency with Figma (and/or Sketch) and advanced prototyping tools such as Origami Studio.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and web standards.
  • Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and production-level UI designs.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Bonus: skills in motion design, animation, or video editing.
  • Technical awareness of HTML/CSS and how developers bring interfaces to life.

Personal Qualities

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to complex projects.
  • Creative and passionate about delivering fun, engaging player experiences.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and collaborating diplomatically across teams.
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Gain

  • The chance to design for a world-leading iGaming company with global impact.
  • Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning.
  • A collaborative, international work culture built on creativity and innovation.
